We're offering this 12 Week Training Program in two formats:
An 'Online Only' format, including a structured Running Program and plenty of online support via our Closed Facebook Community
The 'Online & Group Training' option is best for those living in the west of Adelaide. Through face-to-face strength sessions, cardio sessions, and additional running groups, you'll be benefiting from the online support, as well as the enthusiasm, support and benefits of group training.
