Which Class is for me?
How do I book in?
You can BOOK ONLINE via our simple booking system (I promise, it's SO SIMPLE!), or call 8376 8816 to check if there's space available and to book your spot. We can book your spot as a repeat, ongoing booking, although if you miss a class without 24 hours notice, we will have to cancel any repeat bookings.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes that allow you to move easily. Mat classes are done in 'grippy' socks, or normal socks, while all other classes can be done with or without shoes.
What should I bring?
Please bring water for yourself. All other equipment will be provided.
Prior to your first class:
You must attend a 1:1 Pre-Class Consultation with a physiotherapist prior to your first class, to complete an assessment, and learn the correct basics of Pilates. This is required for all Classes including all Mat Classes or Move & Groove.
Cancellation policy for classes
If you need to change your class booking, we require 24 hours notice, or you will be charged the full class fee (up to $22). This allows others waiting for the class to take your space. Please call 8376 8816 to make any changes.

In this Pre-Class Initial Consultation, we'll investigate your full history, and understand what you really want to get from your classes. This Appointment will include a 1:1 Exercise Session, so please come dressed in comfortable clothes, with socks to wear.
Book into your classes! We can make regular bookings for you, which you can change at any time, or you can book different classes each week. Be careful you don't miss out on popular class times!
