Coronavirus & Our Clinic

During this unprecedented situation, we are closely watching and implementing recommendations from the Department of Health, AHPRA and the Australian Physiotherapy Association.

We continue to offer all our normal services, EXCEPT for our Move & Groove Classes for over 60 year olds and GLA:D Classes for Hip & Knee Arthritis. As a precaution, these classes are cancelled until further notice. Some of our Mat Classes continue to be offered in the ONLINE format, so you can join in safely from home, while many have resumed in-clinic, from 20th May 2020, with additional precautions in place. See Current Class Schedule here

Additional precautions we have taken during this time include:

  • Hand sanitiser available outside our front door, as well as throughout the clinic

  • Screening questions and temperature check of every client on arrival

  • A second waiting room, to allow more space between chairs

  • Removal of any shared items e.g. magazines, kids toys, water jug etc

  • Cleaning of all reception surfaces multiple times per day

  • Studio and gym cleaning after every client

  • Single use pens (cleaned after every use)

  • Treatment bed disinfected after every appointment

  • Some mat classes available online, while some classes have now resumed in-clinic. Read more about ONLINE CLASSES here

  • Increased hygiene procedures for staff and visitors to the clinic

For those choosing, or being required to self-isolate during this time, we are offering ONLINE PHYSIOTHERAPY CONSULTATIONS, so we can continue to provide care to you if needed during this challenging time. Read more about ONLINE PHYSIOTHERAPY CONSULTATIONS HERE.

We thank you for your ongoing support and understanding during this challenging time, and we look forward to being able to help you either online, face to face in the clinic, or at a later time when you feel it is safe to do so.
