1) Is the program hard?

Things that are easy often don't get you anywhere. In short, yes the program is challenging, but with 4 levels of difficulty, you will be able to find the right level to suit you.

 

2) Will this program hurt my back?

 If you follow the introductory exercises carefully, and use these techniques as you complete the rest of the Guide, then no you should not hurt your back. If in doubt, please ask us by emailing us here

 

3) How do I know I'm doing it right?

 The instructions are very simple and clear. You should be able to feel when you are doing it correctly, by feeling your abdominal muscles working at the front, but have no pain or discomfort in your back. If you're not sure, email us here
