There's some important things to know, to help you SAFELY get back to exercise after having a baby

"How to get your body back (SAFELY) after pregnancy"

 

  • When can I start to exercise again?

  • What can I do to get back faster?

  • How do I know I'm doing my pelvic floor exercises correctly?

  • What is 'normal' for my body after birth?

  • How much is too much exercise?

 

In this session, you'll:

 

  1. Learn how to safely get back to exercise (including running and jumping)

  2. Discover the biggest mistakes new mums make, when trying to shed baby weight and re-gain fitness

  3. Find out how to manage common 'new mum' problems, including wrist pain, back pain, abdominal separation and pelvic floor weakness

  4. Leave with the confidence that you can comfortably and safely get your pre-baby fitness back fast

 

This session is perfect for:

 

  • Pregnant women in their 3rd trimester

  • New mums within the first 12 months after birth
