4 Week Course: Nutrition and Recovery for New Mums
Are you a new mum, and have no idea what's NORMAL or SAFE for your body once baby is out??
Do you want to EAT WELL, boost MILK SUPPLY, or drop a little bit of WEIGHT, but feel a bit lost about what to eat?
Mums Matter.....yep they sure do!
Join us for this 4 week course, led by Physiotherapist Sally, and Dietitian Sandy, where we will teach you all the info you need to make life easier in the early post-natal period.

How can I improve energy levels?
How do I set up my family with good, healthy eating habits?
When can I start to exercise again?
How do I know I'm doing my pelvic floor exercises correctly?
Find support and motivation through a group setting so you can't fail

Mums who want day-to-day life to feel easier
Mums who want a healthy lifestyle for their family, but don't know where to start
What does the course include?
Each week we will meet face to face (**COVID dependent), and include
A highly relevant topic on nutrition
A 15 min exercise session focusing on core and pelvic floor strength
An education topic on physical recovery from Pregnancy and Birth.
How much does it cost?
The 4 week course includes 4 x 30 min group sessions with the Physiotherapist, and 4 x 30 min group sessions with the Dietitian, for investment of $160. Each session may be eligible for Private Health Insurance Rebates under 'Extras' cover, if you have Physiotherapy and/or Dietetics cover.
