Meet the Team at Aspire
We are all general physiotherapists, which means we are able to treat a wide range of injuries and conditions. These include neck and back pain, headaches, shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand pain, hip, knee, ankle and foot pain, plus muscle strains, ligament injuries and tendon injuries.
We are also able to provide treatment to specific situations, such as during and after pregnancy, for injuries sustained in car accidents, sports injuries, back injuries and injuries sustained in the workplace. If you're not sure if we are the right Physiotherapists to help you, email us and we'll help you find the right treatment and advice for your injury.
We are all members of the Australian Physiotherapy Association, which means we are part of the passionate physiotherapy community around Australia, and we continue to develop our knowledge and experience at every opportunity.

Sally - Physiotherapist & Owner
I grew up in Perth, and love staying active through long distance running, getting to the gym, and chasing my daughters around the playground.
I love teaching clients how they can improve their running, through our Running Analysis Service, which is suitable for runners of all levels. I find this is a huge help for clients struggling with long term injuries that they haven't been able to overcome.
Pregnancy is a special time, but so often mums-to-be feel lost and overwhelmed with the information available. Through our free information sessions, a range of classes and our pregnancy-friendly Physiotherapy treatment, I spend a lot of my time looking after women during this special time.
My biggest focus at Aspire is to keep EVERYONE moving (all ages, all fitness levels), as much as each of you can, because you only get one body, and we need to look after it.
Sally has completed additional training in:
Pilates Training Mat and Equipment Level 1-5
McKenzie Spine Therapy for the Cervical, Thoracic and Lumbar Spine
GEMT Dry Needling qualification
KTAI Advanced Kinesio taping Certification
APA Sports Physiotherapy Certificate Level 1
Sally graduated from Curtin University of Technology in Western Australia with a Graduate Entry Masters of Physiotherapy after completing an undergraduate Bachelor of Science majoring in Anatomy and Human Biology.

Titled Musculoskeletal & Sports Physiotherapist
As a Titled member of both the Musculoskeletal Group, and Sports and Exercise Group of the Australian Physiotherapy Association, I am recognised as a physiotherapist with advanced skills and experience in these fields.
I use advanced manual therapy skills to reduce pain and to restore and improve function and performance. I prescribe effective, individualised therapeutic exercises to recover from injury and to reduce pain. The results can be beyond what the client may have thought they were capable of achieving!
Being a part of a generation of ever-evolving physiotherapists at these times is very exciting. We are finding ourselves in a position to challenge society to look to us to manage many injuries and conditions we once thought only surgery could fix, to improve and prevent chronic disease, and to improve mental health.
I grew up on a farm in NSW and graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) in 2005. I spent several years working in private practice before completing a Master's in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy in 2010. I have since worked in private practice in Adelaide, with experience working with rugby, netball, golf, cricket and yoga.
Apart from being a physio, I am a busy mum of two young boys and I run a BnB with my husband. I enjoy long coastal walks, yoga and taking our boys back to the farm to build fires and ride quad bikes. Footy and cricket are on the horizon!

Health and Fitness is a huge part of my life, having grown up with my family running a gym in our home town in the Adelaide Hills. This has led me to value health and fitness which is what has driven me to follow it through into my career.
Graduating in 2016 with a Bachelor of Human Movement, I gained insight into exercise prescription and how keeping active can lead to so many health benefits. This is where I discovered Pilates. I studied Pilates through two different institutions where I learnt Women’s health specific and generic exercise prescription. Since 2015 I’ve been teaching Pilates to a variety of ages and love the benefits that Pilates can offer to everyone individually.
Outside of work, you’ll find me participating in Pilates, yoga and HIIT classes, going to the cinemas way too regularly with my partner or hanging out with my puppy dog Raymond.
My focus as a Physiotherapist is working with people to achieve their goals and encouraging movement along the way to empower self-management and discovering your best body!
Candice has completed a Masters of Physiotherapy through the University of South Australia and has completed training in the following areas:
