Classes for back pain
Are you tired of living with an achey back?
Has anyone suggested seeing a Physio might help?
Our Mat-based Classes are instructed by our experienced Physiotherapists, and the small group size means you get the INDIVIDUAL attention you need to get rid of your back pain.
This is a gentle way to exercise, suitable for all ages, including those with arthritis, disc bulges and sciatic pain

Why should I do Classes at Aspire?
In the past has exercise made your back worse?
Our Classes are adaptable to all levels (including our 80 year old clients!), but if you're not taught the correct technique, and not being closely monitored, you can be at risk of injuring yourself, or making your back pain worse.
Join our small classes, where your Physiotherapist instructor will work with you closely, to make sure you're getting the most from the class. If you're nervous about starting, bring a friend and you can try a class together (Pre-Class Consult required before first class). Check our Current Class Timetable here
