Pre-Natal Mat Classes Glenelg

Are you pregnant, and want to stay strong, safe and comfortable throughout your pregnancy?

Our Pregnancy Mat based class is a gentle way to exercise, that is still challenging, and safe to do while pregnant 


We focus on core and pelvic floor strength, along with stretching to target common areas of soreness during pregnancy.


It IS possible to stay fit and strong during pregnancy!

Friday 4.30pm

Saturday 9am


Our classes often have waitlists, so when you book your Pre-Class Consult, please advise which class times suit you, so we can let you know approximate wait times to join your preferred class

So how do I get started? 

  • Book a Pre-Class Consultation, by calling 8376 8816, or Book Online here.

    • In this appointment we will investigate your full history, and what you really want to achieve from our Classes. This 45 minute appointment will also include a 1:1 Exercise Session, so please come prepared to exercise in comfortable clothing, and with socks to wear

  • When booking your Pre-Class Consult, please let us know which class time you would like to attend in the 'Comments' section


Our Classes are:

  • Small, closely supervised and focus on what YOU really want and need

  • Instructed by Physiotherapists, so we can work with your current challenges, our Pregnancy Classes in Glenelg make it easy for you to stay fit and strong this pregnancy

  • Fun, peaceful and always changing. We use a range of tools, weights and accessories
