Are you pregnant, and want to stay strong and comfortable throughout your pregnancy?
Our Pregnancy Mat based class is a gentle way to exercise, that is still
challenging, and safe to do while pregnant (if approved by your medical practitioner).
We focus on core and pelvic floor strength, along with stretching to target common areas of soreness during pregnancy.
It IS possible to stay fit and strong during pregnancy!
With experienced Physiotherapists, you can be confident to safely continue this class until the end of your pregnancy.

In this appointment we will investigate your full history, and what you really want to achieve from our Classes. This 45 minute appointment will also include a 1:1 Exercise Session, so please come prepared to exercise in comfortable clothing, and with socks to wear
After your Pre-Class Consultation you can then Book your first class.
Our Classes are:
- Small, closely supervised and focus on what YOU really want and need
- Instructed by Physiotherapists, so we can work with your current challenges, our Pregnancy Classes in Glenelg make it easy for you to stay fit and strong this pregnancy
