Perhaps you are doing the Kangaroo Island Marathon 10, 21 or 42km event in September & want a structured running program to help you TRAIN, PERFORM & RECOVER as well as you can & set a PB?
The team from Aspire Physiotherapy & Pilates Glenelg & Brighton Group Fitness & PT have joined forces and are excited to bring you a structured 12 week program to suit your needs & ability! You will gain understanding, knowledge and experience from this program as the team share their professional and personal experience with you so you can have the best results possible in training and on the day of the events!
The 12 week program officially starts on Monday June 10th and will run until September 1st 2019!

This can be completed on your own with 3-4 runs/wk, or through attending group runs, which will be based around the Brighton Beach area in Adelaide
*** Private online community forum with others doing the same 12 week program!
The power of our supportive team can keep you committed and motivated through the dark and cold days of winter. All your questions will be answered by our Personal Trainer Glen, and our Physiotherapist Sally, so you'll have the best information to make the most of your training (and safely navigate niggly injuries)
