For anyone who's had a long day on their feet, this exercise is heaven:
You will need:
- A trigger ball, or a golf ball
- 2 minutes (1 minute per foot minimum)
It's that easy! This will probably feel a bit uncomfortable to do at first, but you'll soon learn to love it as a 'good pain'.
