How to get rid of a headache without medicine

If you suffer with headaches, these simple stretches can help take some of the tension and pain away.

 

Make sure you start GENTLY, and hold each stretch for 10 seconds or less. As your symptoms improve, you can gradually increase this to 20 seconds per stretch.
